I have been struggling for a while on the following topic: What are the best ways to measure UX effectiveness? Are there any specific Tools to be used? Plugins (WordPress related)? Does anyone here use Multi-purpose themes (Such as AVADA, BeTheme, DIVI)?
Maybe members can share some of their experience in regards. This is will sure help me in clearing out the fog on some doubts that have recently made their way to my attention.
Thanks in advance!
I used CrazyEgg and HotJar to measure UX effectiveness. It really helps if you can let the client know that all of efforts of guiding users to the website is been defined by the UX of the website.
Heat mapping (HotJar). Put in the work and watch actual users interact.
Check out https://vwo.com/ we have been testing it on WordPress sites for heat mapping, split testing, recording user behaviour etc.
