Hi all! How do I correct business info errors in directories/promotion sites the client no longer has logins for?
I have client with poor ranking who tried promoting himself years ago. He wasn’t consistent with his business or info and doesn’t have the logins for many of the sites. Thank you!
Contact the directory and ensure that the contact details on the site match the return contact details you provide, then explain the situation. We have had to do this, they emailed back via the contact details on the site or in GMB to confirm that I had the authority to make the request. But since I responded to them via the site contact email address they updated the listings pretty quickly.
