What project management tool do you use?
Iām using a combo of Active Collab, Checkli for light day to day tasks.
I have my own project management tool. My dev team hand crafted the tool.
Asana and recapped
Active Collab self hosted for us.
I just heard about this one. What do you like about it? Can you compare it to other PM tools you’ve used in the past?
I’ve used most of the popular ones. Asana was also good, I’ve also used some bigger ones such as InfusionSoft and Zoho but they are overkill for a small business. Monday is nice and visual, good app and ideal for a small SEO agency.
What are the key differences in terms of functionality?
Too many to write on Facebook, check them out, most have trials
Would be a good blog post I think. Each CRM serves a purpose I guess you have to try until one fits.
I’m just interested in hearing different perspectives I guess.
We’re about to switch from Jira to Asana Monday onwards.
We use Zoho Projects as well.
Would you have any tips for making it work with Asana in terms of integration?
You can import Asana projects into Teamwork. I’m new to it but I chose Teamwork over Asana because you can switch back and forth between list views and board views in Teamwork. I didn’t want to be locked into either one.
While with Asana you have to choose one and stick with it?
Asana with an agile framework.
